Front Yard Water Retention System

Upgrades to the System!! Installing the "Water Retention System" across 50 liner feet and down only 5.5 inches was no easy task. My goal was to only have one ' down spout' on the front side of the house. Lesson learned: An even pitch is needed for optimum drainage. Tough lesson at a 110 degrees:)
Then I installed a Specific Gravity Bio Filter system that cleans the NASTY roof water. I came up a with a hybrid filter system after doing some researching online. The filter is made out of sand, activated carbon and bio sponge and lava rock. This allows me to drain the excess water shed (caught by the Water Retention System) into the filter, though a series of PVC fittings and ino a 50' Soaker hose. The Soaker hose waters my front lawn, everyday. Zero Water loss:))
